We do our best to ensure all items shipped are of best quality and match descriptions exactly, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund.

Please note that the checkout does not require you to give any bank details, it merely logs your order. Once you have completed your order an email with our banking information and your order details is sent to you, for you to make payments into our account. Electronic transfer is the preferred method of payment, but if you are paying cash into our bank account please add R15 to the order total, as we are charged for cash deposits and have had to add it to the shipping costs as we try to keep our mark-ups as low as possible and this does not cover for the bank charges.
